Hi, my name’s Tanisa and I’m a personal trainer who takes pride in living a healthy balanced lifestyle that is long-term sustainable.
Having graduated at Loughborough University and being engaged in a variety of sports from tennis to hockey since a young age, I’ve 8 years experience in coaching sports and helping people to achieve their potential.
On the gym floor, my aim is to help people achieve their goals in the most efficient way, tailored to the individual. Barriers are inevitable in life however understanding how to work around them is what creates the long-term change.
My goal is not only to help you physically but also mentally so that you understand the reasons for each exercise and are confident in your own skin. Don’t worry, you do not have to be in the gym every day, nor do you have to cut out all your carbs!
My training techniques include HIIT training, mobility work, and weight-based exercises.
I specialise in muscle gain, weight loss, and improving flexibility & fitness levels.
